We customise the Nelson+ platform based on your needs and offer supportive services.

We make sure to regularly update the platform for new features, improvements and fixes.

Workflow analysis and configuration​

Our Functional Analysts will engage with your team for an in-depth analysis of your desired screening workflows and assist with compliance to  (inter)national protocols, laws and regulations. After a few collaborative sessions, the complete workflow will be established and configured in the modular End-2-End management platform Nelson+.

Technical installation and integration​

The Nelson+ teams will execute the complete installation and configuration process for you, either SaaS, On-Premises or Hybrid. The technical infrastructure set-up and hosting can be tailored to the needs of the customer. If requested, we can provide secured hosting for the software solution in an environment which complies with ISO27001, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISAE3402 II and other regulations.

Training and support​

We provide on-site and/or online training to kick-start your screening program. To optimise the integration test and the official ‘go live’, we offer training programmes for various disciplines like radiographers, radiologists, nursing, medical and administrative staff. After ‘go live’ our help desk will serve you with first & second line support.
